For adults photographed by Walking With Camera. Complete this on Mike’s phone or your own. Read the terms, then each person signs for themselves.

This form is for people who were at least 18 at the shoot and are at least 18 now. Stock agencies and contests make their own acceptance decisions.

3. Read the release

This release covers the photographs, video, audio and other recordings of me made by the photographer named below during the identified shoot (the Media). The shoot details identify the recordings covered; this is not permission for unrelated future shoots.

I understand that this is unpaid participation and that no payment or other compensation is provided or promised. I voluntarily grant the photographer, Walking With Camera, and their licensees, sublicensees, successors and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable right to reproduce, edit, crop, combine, display, distribute, publish, sell and license the Media and my likeness and recorded voice. Permitted purposes include commercial stock licensing through Adobe Stock and other agencies; photography contests and related promotion; websites; social media; advertising; marketing; editorial, educational and artistic uses; and books, magazines, exhibitions and all other print, digital and future media publications. Pornographic and unlawful uses are excluded.

I understand that stock customers and other licensees may use the Media globally. I waive approval of the finished Media, accompanying text and permitted uses. I do not acquire copyright or a right to royalties or payment for the Media or its permitted uses. This release does not guarantee that the Media will be published, licensed or accepted by any agency or contest.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I release the photographer, Walking With Camera and their licensees, sublicensees, successors and assigns from claims arising from the permitted uses, including claims concerning privacy, publicity or my likeness. This release does not authorize unlawful conduct or waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Those parties are not responsible for unauthorized copying or use by others.

My contact details, birth date and signatures are private release records, not public website content. They may be retained as needed to document permission, administer licensing and protect legal rights, and shared with stock agencies, contest organizers, publishers, licensees and advisers when reasonably necessary for those purposes. Processing may occur in countries with different privacy laws. The completed release is sent to the photographer using Resend. If I supply an email address, that address is included on the CC line so I receive the same signed PDF.

I confirm that I am at least 18, was at least 18 when the Media was made, have legal capacity to consent, have read and understood this release and sign voluntarily. The shoot details are accurate. I intend my drawn electronic signature and this submission to sign this release. The model signs personally. The photographer, Michael P. Kohlbecker, has authorized his name to be applied automatically as his electronic signature. This release binds me and my lawful successors.
